The company was officially founded in 2014 after being involved in a number of projects since 2009. Living by the mantra to procure, design and develop projects of substance and sustainability, this sets the tone as to how we best approach a project.

The director Lee Natoli, comes from a background in large scale custom manufacturing and holds a MBA (Master of Business Administration). In his years of custom joinery, it provided the ability to understand detail, finesse and efficiency, which resonates in every project Natoli Group is involved with.
